Assembles the self-serve press kit - one ungated press URL with a one-paragraph boilerplate, a fact sheet where every number carries a date and a source, founder bios with high-resolution headshots, an SVG plus PNG logo pack in light and dark modes, 3-5 full-resolution product screenshots, and press mechanics with a single-exclusive default for early-stage launches (the embargo blast is the escape hatch) and the embargo datetime stated in the pitch subject line. Use when someone asks "build our press kit", "what goes on a press page", "prepare embargoed materials for journalists before our launch", "why isn't our launch getting press coverage", or press outreach is planned within two weeks of a launch. Do NOT use to write the press release itself - use press-release-writer instead - or to track coverage after it lands - use media-monitor instead; for producing the screenshots, use marketing-screenshot-craft.

Journalists work on deadline and cover whoever costs them the least effort. A gated kit, a missing dark-mode logo, or an undated "10,000 users" claim quietly hands the story to a competitor with a cleaner kit - the journalist never emails to ask, they just move on. This skill assembles the self-serve kit that can be quoted at 11 PM without a single reply needed.
## Operating procedure
Run the steps in order: fact sheet, then boilerplate, then assets, then publication, then mechanics. The fact sheet comes first because its dated numbers gate everything downstream - a kit without quotable numbers is decoration - and press mechanics come last because they wrap a finished kit, never a promised one.
### Step 1: Gather the inputs
Paste the charter block if one exists. If the client has a charter but the foundations pack is not installed, elicit the needed values directly and label them provisional. If no charter exists at all, halt and route to premium-design-foundations - never substitute worked-example values. The logo pack and the screenshot art direction inherit from the charter.
Then collect:
1. **Boilerplate facts**: founded, team size, funding stage, HQ, and the one-sentence what-it-does. Funding stage picks the Step 6 default.
2. **Every claimable metric** with its measurement date and its source. Refuse numbers that arrive without both.
3. **Founders**: names, titles, headshot availability.
4. **Logo source files**: the vector master, not a PNG export.
5. **Launch date** and desired coverage timing.
6. **Existing assets**: screenshots, trailer, prior coverage.
