## What to remember
Capture stable, reusable facts - not transient chatter:
- Decisions and their rationale ("We chose Postgres over Mongo because...").
- Preferences and constraints ("Always deploy via Vercel", "No external CDNs").
- Entities: people, projects, systems, and how they relate.
- Open threads and their status.
Do NOT memorize secrets, credentials, or one-off scratch values.
