description: Use when auditing content quality, E-E-A-T, or publish readiness — runs 80-item CORE-EEAT scoring with veto checks and a fix plan. Not for structural on-page tags (use on-page-seo-auditor) or domain/citation trust (use domain-authority-auditor). Uses WebFetch.

Grade an article against a standardized 80-item content benchmark and return a publish verdict.
## Workflow
1. Run the full 80-item audit, scoring every CORE-EEAT check item as Pass / Partial / Fail (when hook-triggered after writing, skip setup and audit the latest content).
2. Score all 8 dimensions (0-100 each) and compute the GEO Score (CORE) and SEO Score (EEAT).
3. Apply content-type-specific weights for a final weighted total.
4. Run veto detection for critical trust violations (T04, C01, R10) that block publishing regardless of score.
5. Rank the Top 5 improvements by impact and generate a specific, actionable fix plan.
6. Finish with a publish verdict and a handoff summary in the repository Skill Contract format.
