Local, offline transcription using `parakeet-cpp-transcribe` on Apple Silicon macOS.
## How to use
1. Run `transcribe.sh <audio-file>`; the first run downloads the arm64 binary from the latest `badlogic/pibot` GitHub release into the extension's `bin` directory and fetches its GGUF model automatically.
2. Feed WAV directly; for other formats install ffmpeg (`brew install ffmpeg`) so it can convert first.
3. Output is plain text timestamped in 15-second chunks on stdout (`[00:00-00:15] ...`); diagnostic logs go to stderr (`2>/dev/null` to hide them).
4. Requires Apple Silicon macOS plus `curl` and `tar`; everything runs locally with no cloud upload.
